i need help to resotre my pokemon released accidentally due the lag

i dont have screen or the ID unfortunately cause i got a dc after the release

i can give you some informations to help you for restoring

the pokemon is Bisarhp adamant nature / ability defiant

all iv good over 20 except the sp def is low under 9 i guess

the time when i released my pok between 11 pm and 12 .45 pm poké time in 7 july 2022
