Log-in Issue since latest release

Hello,

 

It looks like I am having the same issue that several other people have mentioned in other threads. Ever since the latest update I am unable to login to my main account (shered7), but I was able to login to my other account (the main account is currently gold server, the other silver server). I have tried all of the advice in the other threads, including but not limited to:

 

1) Re-installing the game. 

2) Using a VPN.

3) Manually connecting to the server.

4) Switching the servers my accounts were on (when my main account was on silver server I couldn't connect either). 

 

I'd really like some sort of resolution to this, I've put over 1000 hours into my currently inaccessible account. Thanks!

Hello @Shered7. My apologies for the late response.

 

The issue should be fixed now and you should be able to login again. Can you try to login once more and see if there's any issues?
