I created an username and pw, then i installed the 64 bit windows version, but when i try to log in, this happens. (I can log in into the website). Thanks for support.

It seems there is an issue with the client. I will let our developers know of the problem and hopefully there will be a solution. Can you please try to login the other server and see if it works. Please let me know if you are able to login. I'll keep you updated in the meantime.

I just noticed this alert when i lauch the app! Is it helpful to solve the problem?

 

edit: i just downloaded the android version on my phone but the result is the same.    :,(

 

Edit: I tried to manually join silver server from pc, but didn't work. Then I tried to join manually gold server and it finally worked! But that's the only way I can play.

Open the F2 console in the login screen and try to login via connect 159.223.15.164 42800 please.

It works 😀
