Due to the heavy workload of our Game Masters, the ones responsible for handling name change cases, it can take some time for the request to be fulfilled. Nevertheless, it will be done at some point.

Also, keep in mind that a name change request may be denied if the username is deemed inappropriate or if the requester's infraction history is extensive.
