Epithet Posted August 7, 2022 Share Posted August 7, 2022 After 30 minutes of gameplay, you are able to use the public chats, except for Trade chat. Trade chat is unlocked after obtaining the 4th Kanto badge. To actually send messages, simply press Enter on your keyboard, type in your message, and hit Enter again to send the message.
