All my master ball are gone too.. this has happened to me previously too when my I'd got scammed but I changed my pass after that and never shared my pass with anyone but still my items are gone again...

Hello @Nsdmaster.

 

Have you perhaps started the Heatran quest recently? During this quest, the Buck NPC will take all your Rare Candy and Masterballs until you’ve completed the quest. After completing the quest, speak with Buck again to retrieve your items.
