Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request. Not only would it go against the established methods of the game, but it would be unfair to every other player that has to or has had to handle this mechanic.

You'll need to unlock the Johto region to be able to regain access to this item. 

However, you can obtain a Macho Brace as a 5th tier reward for completing a Celadon Daily task. You can also purchase one from a player, but just trade the item itself without a Pokémon holding it.
