I don't understand why. Could you help me ? Norex Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 Pokemon can learn moves from different sources such like level-up, move tutors, TMs, event-tutors, egg-moves, pre-evo moves. Wish is an egg-move for Umbreon, so you need to teach it with the egg-move tutor in the daycares.
