Wigglypuff can't learn baton pass

I checked official pokemon database and it says that wigglypuff CAN learn baton pass by tutor. 

 

However event baton pass tutor says Wigglypuff cannot learn baton pass. It can't learn baton pass. 

 

I think that its an clear error.

Hello @Oype. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Wigglytuff is able to learn Baton Pass through the use of TR29 in Generation 8.

However, PRO follows Generation learnsets, therefore, TRs do not exist in the game.

To summarize, Wigglytuff cannot learn Baton Pass in Generation 7, but it can in Generation 8. Since PRO uses Generation 7 for learnsets, this is not an error.
