However event baton pass tutor says Wigglypuff cannot learn baton pass. It can't learn baton pass. I think that its an clear error. Epithet Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Hello @Oype. My apologies for the inconvenience. Wigglytuff is able to learn Baton Pass through the use of TR29 in Generation 8. However, PRO follows Generation learnsets, therefore, TRs do not exist in the game. To summarize, Wigglytuff cannot learn Baton Pass in Generation 7, but it can in Generation 8. Since PRO uses Generation 7 for learnsets, this is not an error. Hopefully this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.
