I have contributed 0.51 points in world quest but didn't received the mysterious ticket. When I contributed my points, there was 54k points needed.

Tickets are dispersed when the WQ is successfully completed, i.e. the community finishes the IV requirement. Wait for the eye icon to disappear and talk to the cultist again.

The issue should now be fixed. Please speak with the Mysterious Cultist again to claim your Mysterious Ticket.
