Hello, I dont know if this is the right place to post/ask this but here goes. 

I ran into an event horsea while I was cooking dinner and I wasn't paying attention and hit run/okay without realizing what I was running from till it was too late. Is there any way I could get that horsea back? I was on the silver server. 

Unfortunately, it is not.

That's what I thought, I wanted to at least try and see though. It's such a bummer man, watching that fade away was crushing. Thank you though 

As mentioned above, we cannot restore a Pokémon you did not capture. Since it was not caught, there is no data on it, so we cannot restore it.

To prevent these situations from happening, a prompt was added whenever you encounter a rare form(event, shiny, pink). This addition minimized running away from rare forms, but it can still happen so please be careful in the future.
