Can't move in test client

I just logged in to the test client to do the public test for the exp rework, but I can't move at all. Tried restarting client, refreshing, relogging, restarting the client, and using a different computer, but no change, can't move at all.  My husband logged in on his account and it worked, but he can't move on mine either. Since I just started, I don't have any pokemon to try battling someone, plus no escape ropes. Attached a picture of what's showing up + the log.
