Please compile a list of the Pokémon you wish to be restored. Include as much detail as possible so we can identify the ones you want.

Identifying details include, but are not limited to: 

  • Pokémon ID
  • Nature
  • Ability
  • Region it was caught in
  • IVs
  • EVs
  • Event form/Shiny/Pink
