My game does not show the gastlys in the darkrai mission

I can’t guarantee that it will be solved today or even tomorrow. I can just tell you that the CS team is aware of it.

The issue could be very complicated or very simple. 
As soon as there’s a fix, we’ll inform you.

 

So the ones stuck (me included) can't do anything about it?
Is there like a quick solution the devs or the CS team can suggest us?

If you could leave the quest map and come back later, it was good, but I read that if you leave, you can't come back

I did this I completed it and beat the boss to reset the area and entered it again and it was still bugged
