Hello so maybe 4-5 hours ago a Server Crashed happend on Gold and yeah before that i submitted my 4 larvesta and maybe the percentage was 0.28%
and now when i submit 3 poke it says i have 1.8%
is there somehow i can get the ticket?

Hello @Hellcallerpain. My apologies for the late response.

 

In these situations, we always recommend to continue through the lost progress. This is because we are able to count the progress lost, and if we can confirm the server crash, we can see if you would have contributed enough for the rewards if there was no crash. 

However, counting all 7 Larvesta you submitted to the Mysterious Cultist, you did not reach the required 0.5% needed for a Mysterious Ticket. Therefore, we cannot give you one.

I'm sure this is not the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand.
