Are you still unable to move? 

Can you try one of the following escape methods:

  • Use an Escape Rope from your Inventory
  • Press Alt+Tab on your keyboard
  • Close your client completely and then relaunch it
  • Have another player battle you then logout in the middle of the battle
  • Challenge an NPC to a battle then logout in the middle of a battle

If you aren't able to perform any of these, please let me know a time when you'll be available so that I can teleport you out.
