However, the requirement to trade is having the 4th Kanto badge(Rainbow Badge from Celadon City). Until you obtain that badge, we cannot help you with your trade evolution. On another note, for these types of requests, we ask that you use the Trade Evolution megathread or the #request-chat in the PRO Discord server.
