hello dear mods
i have problem since the Halloween events start which is i just cant see this npc detective to start lugia quest 
even if i just talked to every npc in event map also i beat and catch darkai last season
my 2nd problem is i cant get gengar mega stone 
i try youtube and also i read alot about lugia and mega gengar but nothings help
maybe should i battle this "dark valleys boss" again to enter into the dark realm?
what i missed? could you help me plz?

i forget to tell you that i did every thing in night poke time 

you have to done mega gengar quest to be able to do the baby lugia quest

thanks alot but that still a problem to me because every time i try the door blocks me even if i am already catched darkai as i said 😖

 

To be able to enter the Gengar-Megastone quest you have to beat Umbra in the Dark Realm during the Darkrai quest. That is optional so you didnt do it the first time.

You now have to beat Horon in the Dark Valley without letting one of your pokemon faint, then you will be able to re-enter Alucards castle where you can access the Dark Realm again after beating Alucard.

You have to beat Alucard while having a pokemon with the move Miracle eye on your party. Just like the first time you beat him in the past.
