My lvl 100 Seedot all throughout leveling never tried to evolve.

I've tried lowering it's happiness and tried using mysterious candies.

**Edit** Upon further playing it seems like none of my pokemon can evolve.

 

A fresh install of the PROclient fixed my issue.
