I tried to login and already change my password… nothing 

 

also when I log on pro site on top I can see 0hrs of gaming time 

 

 

If your password contains special characters, can you reset it to one without them then see if you can log in?

Also, remember that logging in is case sensitive, meaning upper/lower case letters in the wrong place will prevent you from logging in.
Finally, just in case, can you open the Dashboard and see if it gives you the option to merge?
