You’re rewarded with a Locked IV Reroll only if you clear the Dark Realm without getting a game over and then leaving the Dark Realm. Receiving a game over and then leaving the Dark Realm is counted as a fail. With a single fail, the Locked IV Reroll is lost. Did you perhaps leave the Dark Realm?
