As the title, i want to know if i can catch a froakie with battle bond ability in this year halloween

Yes, Battle Bond Froakie is available this year.

However, note that all hidden ability Froakie’s will have the ability Protean when caught. To know if it’s Battle Bond or not, you’ll have to either evolve it into Greninja so the ability changes from Protean to Battle Bond or take your Froakie to the Egg Move Tutor, located within every Daycare. If your Protean Froakie is unable to learn any egg moves, then it will evolve into a Greninja with Battle Bond.
