In the Nightmare Battlefield I only have 4 Pokémon, but I caught all six in the dark realm. 

Is it meant to be like this or am I missing something.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue was mainly caused by the fact that you reset the Dark Realm in the past. However, we can see that you had actually caught Marowak already, so we have fixed it for you.

The next time you will enter the Nightmare Battlefield you should be able to see your Pokemon, can you please check and let me know?
