i used abra with timid nature 

And i got hardy nature darkrai

I had used abra with timid to catch darkrai but i got darkrai with hardy  not got timid nature pls help

Its not a bug as synchronize only has a 50% chance to give you the desired nature.

You are able to change the nature of legendaries with a Nature Reroll Ticket though.

as Norex already said, the chance of the ability Synchronize to trigger is only 50%, if used correctly. So called 'Sync fails' (When the ability didn't trigger) are a part of the game. 

As you can usually catch legendary Pokémon only once, there are the Nature Reroll tickets which change the nature of your legendary Pokémon - as Norex said too.
