Yep, it is exactly as Lyn1311 says.
The ability is sadly not the right one - unlucky. 😕

 

What matters is, as hinted in the dialogue:

  • Nature (Adamant or Jolly)
  • Hapiness (max. = 255)
  • Ability (Pure Power)
  • OT
