What have you done before the problem was there?

I played the game already twice, the first time a few days ago, and the second time the day after. Every time I entered the queue, and when I reached the top I entered the game.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I waited a day, and tried again, I restarted my client.

When I press login, the queue window pops up. But as soon as I reach the end of the queue, it closes, but I do not enter the game. I waited another 20 minutes after that, but was still at the login screen. So I clicked login again... and a new queue popped up.

 

Also, I read in the faq that you may be placed in a "ghost" queue, so you don't see how long it will take, but maybe you'll log in eventually. This is pretty stupid, please remove that, and place everybody in a normal, visible queue.

 

I understand that the project is in beta, and there is a huge uprise in user numbers, but please respond to this with focusing entirely on fixing the login system, getting more and better servers. This is way more important than adding new feature to the game in a beta phase.

Please confirm that the server being online via the offical server status on our website https://pokemonrevolution.net/

And make sure you was confirm email, did you check you user name and password too? Change password can be solved

I checked the requirements, and I easily fulfill them haha, I can play GTA V on max settings, so my pc shouldn't be the problem ;)

The server is online, I always check that first, and some friends of mine can log in.

And yes I got the confirmation email, since I already successfully logged in and played for two hours a few days ago. And I can log in here into the forum, so my password and username are correct and working.
