In order for earn another chance at capturing Articuno, you’ll need to defeat Nikola boss, who can be found in Unknown Place, Trainers Valley. After defeating Nikola, select Articuno from the options he gives you, and Articuno will respawn in the same location it originally spawned in. Let me know if you have further questions.
