So I keep talking to the NPC Martin in the Celedon game corner, he offers 50 coins for 5k once ever 24 hours according to his dialog, I started this game 3 days ago, and have tried multiple times since but it keeps saying it's been less then 24 hours since I last got coins yet I have none. 

Am I missing a key item like a coin case? any help would be greatly appreciated.
