Make sure to the the Rules and What you need to Post. I have transfered the Hoenn Mismagius, since he is Region Locked. You are at Johto currently, and as such, you the other Mismagius is no longer Region Locked. Please be more careful in the future, and make sure to use the right subforums/threads.
