Doctile Posted November 12, 2022 Share Posted November 12, 2022 Hey @Fernandoselim, Name changes are done manually, which means if there is much workload for the corresponding staff role, the usual 48 hour threshold may get exceeded. Or in other words: There is currently much to do and you have to be patient Sorry, there is nothing really that can be done besides waiting. I hope you get your namechange soon!
