This is my eevee which I asked my friend Sigret to train and evo him, after training him to lvl 95 he literally evo him to Glaceon, which known as a bug and we even tried some method listed in other post ( let it fainted to reduce hapiness, change map, etc) and it still can't.

Map tried: Route 217, Ice path, Low Tides Room 

Happiness level tried: 235-245-255. (fainted multiple times)

We used some mysterious to try other possibilities but it stay as eevee for now, please evo my Eevee to Glaceon if you can and fix this bug pls.

Please try closing your client, relaunching it, then use a Mysterious Candy while in Route 217 or in the Low Tide rooms.

 

 

I personally haven't started Sinnoh that's why I need to ask my friend to evo it. My friend tried that 2 days in a row which I'm pretty sure he closed the client and did the same thing both in Route 217 and Low Tide rooms

Ask your friend to do the process I mentioned step by step. You being “pretty sure” they did is not good enough.
