You can request a name change through the Dashboard, not through the forums. Simply login using the same credentials you use to log into the game, select the Change Username option on the left side and insert the name you wish to change to.

Keep in mind that the username must not already be taken, must not be inappropriate, and your infraction history must be relatively clean for the change to be accepted. A name change costs 500 coins, which must be in your account at the time the name change is requested. If your request is not accepted, for any reason, the coins will be returned to your account.

Do note that the team responsible for name changes—Game Masters—have a heavy workload and due to that, it can take some time for the request to be processed. For that, we ask for your patience.
