Is it true that only pinkan, exca and headbutt tree is form locked? Is there any other place is form locked?

 

Does form also spawn at guild island?

It's true you can't encounter event forms from pinkan , exca and headbutt. Headbutt is shiny locked too. 

 

You can encounter shinies in guild island. No idea about forms tho ( i never encountered one ).

thnx, any staff/mod can confirm about guild island form spawn? or any1 have catch form there?
