Hey so i just wanted to start boss fighting but i cant get to Lt Surge because the electrical barriers are still active. I found one Thread in which someone said to talk to a security in a pokecenter and then Wattson appears with Team Magma in the Power Plan Entrancer but that didnt happen. I also dont find anything else about this problem.

Done with teleporter quest ?

Here is a guide to hoenn / sinnoh teleporter quest. After completing this quest , you will be able to battle Lt. Surge.

Hey, okay here is the problem: I already found the guide and tried to play it. I talked to the security guard in a Hoenn Pokemon Center but like I said there is no Wattson/Team Aqua/Team Magmar. 

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I just had to get the remote control in Step 3. Sorry for the inconvinience and thanks for the help Elnaaz
