which client do u use? and which server do u connect to and what time?

I use version 0.94 (the only one you can play with), Red Server at 21.00 GMT+1 (Italy), but I don't think this is useful.

 

ok i tried connecting through the college wifi and it connected and worked seamlessly. Is it necessary to have a fast wifi connection for it to connect to the server. my home wifi is running at 20 mbps(does not connect) and my college runs at 50 mbps(connects). could this difference be the cause for not connecting?

I use a 20mps connection, that actually works ad 7mps, so I don't think this kind of connection speed can be the problem.

No, honestly I have no idea about it.

I am having the same problem, the client launches but I can't access te server, even after I have logged in.

 

There's no errors, my connection is stable and over 100Mbit/s. Everything is working exccept this game.

UPDATE: It took like 8 minutes to log in, but now it appears to be working. Maybe it's just that the queue is not showing up as usual.

Most definitely. My school Wifi is much faster than my house and I never freeze at school. Once I get home, thugh, i freeze about 1-2 an hour. Wifi speed has a lot to do with it and it takes up a lot of it.

ok i found the problem, my college and home use different ISPs and now it works at home if i use a VPN cause apparently the ISP for my home wifi has blocked communication to the PRO server for some reason. thanks for all our help :D

Maybe try using a VPN like hotspot shield. fixed my problem.
