I used to argue with him about that, now I rock android like nobody's business.

How big a phone do you want is the real question. I'm happy with my 5. 6 is enormous!

Except for a few extras, the iphone 5 is probably better for cost.

 

I wouldn't waste money on a iphone, I still use my LG Slider phone from 2010.

I have 6 and its great

Both are terrible and Apple should also feel like so. Android hasn't let me down and its benchmarks are getting marvelous by the decade.
