Missing Item through Email

Hello @Gisell,

 

I have looked through your trade logs, and it appears that you sent the mail and hence the items to another user by accident rather than Saxophone. 

I have asked for the mail to be reverted, and I hope that it will happen soon. I'll let you know here as soon as your items will be recovered. In the meantime, I request you to be patient.

No, there is no need to bump this thread as your matter has already been looked into, and the only thing left to do is recover the items. Ideally, it won't take too long.
