There are many reasons why it may take a while for a Staff member to reply to an appeal. 
 

  • Out-of-game responsibilities. Staff are all volunteers who do this one their free time out of love for the game. We all have real-world responsibilities such as work, school, family, etc.
  • There are many players who also need replying to. Staff members handle several users at the same time. With our  limited time, this unfortunately means some get a later response than others. 
  • Investigations are required. Depending on your case and the additional information you’ve provided, it may take some time for the Staff member to full investigate and find out the truth. This process may take a while, depending on the nature of the infraction.
