What have you done before the problem was there?

I spend 20.000 K on the safari zone to get the pokemon Kangaskhan. I Catched him and the server crashed.

I catched him another time and the sever crashed again. Could u give me the pokemon i already catched two times ?

That would be very nice because im out of money.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

there was no way how I could solve my problem ...

Click Here and read. "Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment". Unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do. I had similar experiences before like yours. You just need to be patient and do it agaig hoping the server not to suffer another crash. Sorry.

Some times when the game crashes, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time.
