When i get to this step the game shows this dialogue. Can't beat the boss and at the same time can't get out of the map

i finished killing the Forest master but i didn't get the forest gem item from the NPC in my bag. So i can't complete the next quest

Since the bug-related side of this has been resolved, I’ll take over.

 

Seems like you forgot to claim the Gem from the Snow Area. Return to the Snow Area where you defeated Lord Wally Wally and claim the Gem that is in a rock next to the Leftovers item.
