Amnesia has no TM or Tutor, you can only learn it by Level up, Move relearner or via the Daycare (Breeding).

Please keep in mind PRO follows Gen7, Ultrasun, Ultramoon learnset.

I am assuming you mean the move "Amnesia"?! There is currently no TM or Tutor for it. So your Poke can only learn it by level up or from the Eggmove tutor inside any Daycare building once you unlocked them. What Poke do you need the move for?

 

And just for your information: In the future you can either check the TMs and Move Tutors Megathread, you can use the command ^info movename in the #bot-commands channel of our PRO Discord or you can search for the move in our PRO Wiki.
