Featured Replies

hello, it is impossible for me to connect and play. this problem has been there since the last update of the game, I received a message to update my version of the game. so I installed the latest version on your site, the installation worked but when I identify myself the games stop. I can't log in and play. how to do ? THANKS

Hello @Policier,

I apologise for the inconvenience. Can you provide us with further information about your issue? Like, what message do you get when you try to login (a screenshot would be preferred)? And which device you are using to run the PRO Client?

Also, as a preliminary step, can you try to delete every file of PRO in your device, restart it and download the client again from here

We would be waiting for your reply.

SO

Already thank you for your quick response, I tried everything, I'm on Android, DOOGEE S59 PRO,

and my problem is that I can't install ''PRO'', I succeeded once but the game stopped on home screen

But on pc windows 32b it works perfectly, I was able to play and find my pokémon, I would have liked to be able to play on Android.

The update is beautiful. THANKS

This issue may arise if your device does not have enough storage or when the client is being blocked by Play Protect (very rarely).

Now, as Hermusdxd suggested, can you please try to clear up to 2 GB of space in your Android device, restart it and install the client (no need to delete it again)?

Hopefully, you should be able to install the client by following these steps. Let us know how things turn out.

We would be waiting for your reply.

Greetings, a little help i hope can help you to fix your problem since I'm an android user.

Check:

-Storage(at least have 3GB+ extra storage on your mobile device)

-Check your PlayStore(there was a blocking system that deny the installation from chrome, firefox, etc.)

-Check your Apps(If you have apps that specialize in blocking further viruses, harmful apps, etc.) exp: CCleaner, Firewall, etc.

Note:Some apps deny installing apps from unknown sources for possible threats to your android system since they can't recognize some apps like pro client.

Merci mon problème est résolu grâce à vous.

Je devais juste libérer 2 gigaoctets de mémoire et redémarrer. Je pensais que j'avais encore un peu de mémoire,

Je n'ai pas fait attention à ça.

votre aide m'a beaucoup aidé.

Merci à tous! @Robloxbarone123, @Yvernéas, @Hermusdxd
