Pro Wiki says Togekiss can only learn it this way. Can you implement the npc in the game? Or change it to an egg move/level move? Raika Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 Someone please correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe only Togetic from gen 2-6 can learn Air Cutter, and those Togetic have to be transferred to gen 7.
