Please notify any staff members at PRO IRC whenever you're in game. We need you to be online to be able to fix it for you. Sorry for the inconvinience..

Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.

You didn't come to IRC to find staff? Staff is not in there all the time, but most of the time. Anyway, if you made another account, I guess this is no longer a problem.

yes but in the account bugged I sell 20 Euros in money and this money are you lose! i lose 20 euro...this is a very problem
