Hi, I lost to Jackson at Mt Silver And he won't let me re- challenge him. I can't get to Red afterwards if I can't re-challenge. 

 

Please help, does this mean I will never unlock trainers valley?

The Jackson in Mt. Silver has a 2-hour cooldown period. Once this time has passed, you can rechallenge him. Following the battle with Jackson, you’ll need to battle the Karate Master, who has a cooldown of 24h.
