What have you done before the problem was there?

I wanted to create a new account to restart the story and do the story a second time. But my first account also reboot, i had 160hours playing, all the requirements for mew, 300k golds.. I want to have my first account with my pokes and all

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Leave the game, uninstall and install another time..

i doubt this actually happened, either youre still on the other account or while on your old account you went on the wrong server. I see no reason why this would happen.

I changed the username, but i failed and my 2 accounts are on the same mail, it's because of that? if yes pls rollback my account at the moment i had all :(

Looking at the join date (12/19/2015) for your username, it appears that you began your Pokemon journey before the game was split into two separate servers. In order to access your old progress, make sure that you sign into the "Red Server." If you want, you can use the same account name, Flexyy, and begin the story again on the "Blue Server" also.

 

Your game data has not been reset.

I'm on the Red Server, and my account is still reboot, what can i do to have my pokes, my badges, my hours playing and all? Please i don't want to loose all :(

This seems highly improbable of occurring. Have you double checked that you're on the right account and connecting to the right server?
