What have you done before the problem was there?

Well, 1 week has past and my girlfriend account is still perma banned for being AFK on the pokemon center.

 

How is that possible?

 

Where is clause in the rules page or TOS page that states u can't avoid the AFK system?

 

I'm just looking for some explanaition.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Kindly report issue under Discipline appeals and a GM will look into.
