Hello @Eddybrocklyn. My apologies for the late response.

 

PRO follows the Generation VII(7) learnsets, so Mankey will learn Swagger at 19. In this case, the wiki page for Mankey is outdated. I will make sure to update that page.

I've updated the Mankey wiki page to accurately reflect its Generation VII(7) learnset. Please do not hesitate to report any wrong or outdated info on the Wiki; I will be happy to update it.
