Confirmation E-mail Missing

Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes

On which server issue happened: None

What have you done before the problem was there?

Other than forget to take my e-mail account online, nothing worthy of note.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have sorted through my spam and junk mail folders, refreshed the cloud, and waited 24 hours to attempt registering again as suggested by a moderator on the live chat server.

Description and Message

As afore mentioned, I did not have my account's internet access enabled at the time that I registered, which I suspect is the problem. This type of issue has occurred before, wherein I disable the e-mail's internet accessibility to mess with something and forget to turn it back on, resulting in any e-mails that were sent to that account getting lost in the void. A resend ought to do the trick, if someone might be willing or able to do that.

Thank you for your time!

There are lots of issues with certain email domains. Try using a gmail account to sign up.

Also here's a sticky thread in case you didn't see. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=19893

As JollyolNathan said, and everyone always do it (has same your issue as cannot get the name expected), no exception! Sorry about that :Ambivalent:

Hm. That's quite frustrating. One other thing that might be worth noting is that the moderator I spoke to mentioned the system clearing out the unconfirmed usernames in 24 hours- which is why they instructed me to try again after that amount of time had passed. It didn't work, needless to say. I suppose there isn't really any possibility of that happening in the future, is there?

Regardless, thank you for your assistance.

Not quite sure which Moderator said the Database clears out all unconfirmed usernames within 24 hours, but that wasn't a thing when I was staff - So I can't be too sure.

If it isn't a thing, the likely-hood of it occuring in the future isn't to hard to see happening, but in that case - it may just be worth registering a new name with Gmail and just playing from there, PRO has been experiencing some serious Email issues as of late, so hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Point taken. In the event that it ends up being some sort of relevant, the person's name was Naero. Thank you very much for your time and the information!
